- Rating 1.0The front desk staff did not know what they were doing. I arrived 15 min early to my appointment and we started 10 min late bc my masseuse was not informed of my arrival. When I walked in I told the front desk worker that I had a gift card to use and she said "we have that on file" so it's all good. But when I went to check out she did not charge the gift card, instead she charged my credit card. She did not know how to process the refund and I had to wait another 15 minutes before being properly refunded and leaving. I was late to my next appointment and it left a very bad impression on me.

- Rating 4.5After some confusion and miscommunication about some vouchers Gracie at the front desk from the midtown location did everything in her power to ensure that my vouchers were honored and no additional charges were charged to me. She was so great from the second I arrived to the minute I left.
