I had many issues with my experience. First, the front desk forgot to do my check in survey and made me wait for my appointment then brought me back up to answer the questions. It would have been much better for the front desk associate to give me the ipad to actually answer the questions but she awkwardly asked me the questions and rushed me through the process. Secondly, my massage therapist David made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He kept making odd noises during the massage and at one point I almost stopped the massage in the middle. Also, his shoes were squeaking every time he took a step so as soon as I started relaxing he would move - it was the opposite of relaxing. He forgot to put the bolster under my knees/ankles so halfway through massaging he would make me readjust so he could put the bolster in the right place (then he didn't even put it under the blanket, he put it directly on my skin). He massaged my left side for a while and I asked him to massage my right side in the same places because he was hitting tension points and he didn't understand how to replicate what he was doing on the right side. Today, my left side is sore and my right side is tense. Lastly, he ended the massage 5-10 minutes early. I asked at the front desk if it was supposed to be a 45 minute massage because I was done so early. The entire experience could have been better and I'm disappointed that for the one massage I can treat myself to, I wasted it on this experience.
