The woman who presented herself as if she was the owner had no customer service. She also gave false information about my membership. My rating below is about the person who checked me out,not the manager and owner who provided false information.

- Rating 4.5My experience was phenomenal. I was treated professionally and with care. I felt rejuvenated. I slept well and for the first time in years felt fantastic when I woke up. I am ready for another massage next week. Grateful for the experience and the way I feel.

- Rating 1.0My experience with Massage Envy since becoming a member, has been of subpar quality. I am very unhappy with the massages and facials I’ve received. I have been receiving massages for the over 20 years and thought that joining Massage Envy would be advantageous especially because I am involved in several activities that are strenuous on the muscles such as hiking, walking, dance class, and swimming. The massages I have received do not address the deep tissue issues that I’ve been requesting and none of the associates are available to do that type of massages that my muscles need. Furthermore, the facials have also, in my opinion have been of subpar quality as these estheticians are really not performing quality facials in which I have been accustomed to receiving. - Rating 5.0The body massage I have there is what keep me coming back, the therapist Amanda is very professional 👌. The facial I did on my last visit was not what I expected, I should of done more research and inquired more about the products being used, I left with a migraine that lasted 3 days.
