  Scheduling appointments can be challenging. Sometimes the front desk person can be helpful and sometimes they act like they don’t give a *****.

  Facial was amazing. Front desk attendant the day I went in that morning was rude and unfriendly. Did not ask me if I wanted to book any other appointments, looked like she hates her job/life

  When I went to reschedule my next months facial with Tammy I was told I couldn't do that at this time due to schedule changes. I have a busy life and I always like to schedule in advance. I was told I would be contacted by April 30th. I hope there is still availability for May with Tammy to fit my schedule. It would have been better if management had this all figured out because clients don't want to know why they can't schedule an appointment when they are wanting to.

  My appointment was switched to a different provider because the one I had booked with was no longer working that day. I discovered the day before that she had at last minute or the day back in her schedule. However, I was not given my appointment back and massage envy gave my appointment to someone else. I am extremely upset about this, I had specifically booked with her the first time. When she was back in the books I should have been given my appointment back it at least the option of it before anyone else was booked. This practice shows that massage envy does not care about it's consumers and is just a big company looking for a paycheck.

  I wish there were more appointment times (can’t get in for a month or two to use your monthly membership) and therapists that work later into the evening. I wish the front desk would let you know when a therapist is running behind (more than 5 minutes) - that way I can look at products and book my next appointments rather than just sitting in the tranquil room waiting

  My massage. Therapist never asked if the pressure was good. She talked the entire time. And I don’t recall that she massaged my head. And I asked for medium pressure and it definitely was light pressure. She was a nice lady and apparently is your head masseuse. However, when I go to get a massage, I would prefer to not have the therapist talk to me the entire 90 minutes so that I can relax.

  The treatment sessions are shown as 60 minutes, but my technician was finished and left with 10 minutes left in the hour long session. I understand there is a 5 minute consideration for undressing and redressing, but a full 10 minutes at the end is excessive. She was great at what she does, but I would appreciate the full time for what I paid for.
