- Rating 1.5Since I have both joined and cancelled my membership at massage envy I have been disappointed. The massage therapist all seem undertrained and rushed. Some don’t even speak English. The front desk staff are young and not empowered to do much more than make appointments. When I checked out of my last appointment I started to give feedback about the poor massage I received but was cut off to finish checking out since there was a line of people waiting. Just overall a poor experience. I’d rather pay more to have a relaxing and proper massage experience at a real spa.

- Rating 5.0The full body massage I received the other day was THE BEST massage I’ve ever had in my entire life. The technique the masseuse used made the pains in my shoulders and neck feel as if they were flowing away from my body. I promise I even felt the sinus pressure running out of my head. I’ve always said that Burke Williams had the best massages until the other day.
