- Rating 1.0My masseuse was 8 minutes late for my appointment. Then with changing time and waiting for her it did not receive the time, nor value for a 90 minute massage. Though when I expressed my displeasure with her tardiness, she advised she would make sure I received my full allotted time, no she quit, 1 minute prior to the original time. Her massage was much more like a back rub than a message. And I heard her sniffling the entire time, hope I don’t catch what she had! First and last time for massage envy.
- Rating 5.0Melissa was my aesthetician, she was very professional. The environment was clean. Facial massage was amazing, I was so relaxed. She was very knowledgeable on each product. She had some great recommendations for me to use for my daily skin care routine.

- Rating 3.5A good value for massage. Facials have consistently been a disappointment. I have gotten a chemical peel twice at massage envy and have never seen any benefit.

Daniel was patient, kind, and professional throughout my visit. He made it easy to relax and made my first massage a great experience. I appreciate his patience and professionalism and plan on coming back because of this experience. The only thing that I didn’t like was the front desk person whose name I can’t remember at this time. She seemed rushed and was rude when I handed her the gift cards I was given from a friend to try my first massage. Other than that I had a great experience.
