- Rating 2.0I paid for a 90 minute massage but only received 75 at most. The massage therapist showed up a few minutes after my scheduled time. She seemed unwelcoming as she calls my name. Once inside the room she is brief in asking me about my concerns and then rushes out. My appointment was at 9:30. At 10:45 she said she was done. Once I left the room she is waiting outside the room but doesn’t say anything to me. Usually the massage therapist offers water or advice.
- Rating 1.0I booked A one hour massage and the masseuse stopped at 45 minutes.
- Rating 1.0This was the worst massage I have ever had at any place including Massage Envy. She did not massage and only focused on opening the knots, which without massage is very painful. I kept on saying ouch ouch but she couldn't comprehend that her actions were causing me pain.
- Rating 1.5I was extremely disappointed with my therapist and the Rock Springs location. I have been a member for many years and this is the first time that a therapist stopped my 90 minute session at 70 minutes. I complained to the front desk that I thought the time was very short and they promised a manager would call me back. 4 days later I am still waiting.

- Rating 1.0Overall it’s been a horrible expierecne. From being billed continuously for 3-4 months after I canceled my membership to local stores not honoring my remaining credits. Not to mention not having clear communication on my credit usage and a result making pay for a massage when I had credits still available. As a result I felt like I was trapped, when I got there and was forced to get a massage.
