- Rating 1.5From the time I entered to check in, it took 10 minutes to be acknowledged then upon exiting the therapist did not have water for me or ask me how I felt. Not used to this type of customer service

- Rating 3.0The assistant general manager Claudia did not have good customer service. I have a 60 minute coupon that I attempted to use. She was saying I am not going to be able to use it at this location. I asked at a different location that is located on rainbow blvd and had no resistance, so co clearly she must had an underling issue with me for whatever reason. I felt very uncomfortable after our encounter because I know it was prejudice. She then came to the quiet area and proceeded to watch me as if she had to keep observation.

- Rating 3.5This rating has more to do with the Massage Envy program and the negative experience my daughter had with her membership.

- Rating 5.0Very efficient and professional front check in and out staff. Massage therapist, Faith does an outstanding job.
- Rating 5.0I really like my therapist. I also like the facility it is quiet and clean. Parking is not great.
