Having a handout of some variety when you sign up to understand the way payments are taken out and the timing of those payments as well as pricing. Also, not having your staff try to base tips off the non-member price. Gratuity is certainly an expected part of practice, but should be based on what is paid, not on what other people pay that don't have a membership.

- Rating 4.5Valory Hicks is the best! I have been seeing her for several years. Stretch, rapid tension session and full massage. As a golfer i like to do all three when I see Val. I did have a poor experience with calling in to schedule some sessions. I called twice. No one answered. I left a message to call me back. No one did. I finally had to contact Val to get sessions scheduled.
