- Rating 5.0All of the massage therapist are great, but I specifically think Eli is the best deep tissue massages. The front desk is very kind and always calls me to confirm my appointment. Lobby is clean.

Front Desk, excellent customer service (most notably, the African American LGBTQ representative). I felt seen and heard when completing the necessary documentation with her. I shared that I had loss my brother the day before and she asked if she could give me a hug, absolutely excellent customer service.

- Rating 1.0I have been there a few times and this experience was stressful. Arrived 15 minutes early to check in. Neither check in person was familiar with student discount so I entered into my massage with them continuing to do research. When I went to check out they still had no resolve. NOONE int he building knew what to do, My relaxing massage was becoming stressful finally someone told me they would chrage the card on file once they figured out how to input the $35. I left and within 25 minutes they charged me the full rate of $130 and then told me to call my credit card company regarding the timing of the refund. Overall it was an unsettling event and I choose not to return to that location for any more massages. It was disruptive to my massage
