- Rating 2.5The visit itself was lovely, but as a past customer and spouse of a current Customer the fact that you pay monthly for a massage that you have to pay again to transfer to your spouse or family member is ridiculous especially when massage envy will call and cancel appointment and we don’t get a credit for that but then they charge you double if you miss yours.
