- Rating 4.0Everything about the service was good. I just didn't enjoy the facial. It felt like my face was being massaged with gloves on and it felt uncomfortable.

- Rating 1.5This last time I was in I arrived 15 min early but didn't get into my room until 14 minutes into my 90 minute session. When she was done, before I got dressed I looked at the time again and she stopped 7 minutes prior to the end of my session for a total of 22 minutes short of my 90 minute massage. So it would be nice to get that time back. Or if it's not a full 90 minute massage don't call it as such. Very disappointing. Not to mention it takes me less than 5 minutes to dress and undress.
