- Rating 2.5Disappointed that a person's name came up for 90 minutes and my massage was changed to 60 minutes. I was not aware of the time change. I had been up since 5:30AM and worked until 4:30PM. I was really looking forward to a 90 minute massage as I had spent the day loading crates for semi delivery. THe front desk was very aloof and said they called and left a message. I stated, I did not get the message, as I have been working a labor intense job. My 10 minute breaks were lying on my back resting my back. The person who provided the massage got me at 6:39PM. I asked for kleenix and no kleenix in room. So I went to restroom grabbed one and used facilities. I was back in room at 6:44PM. She asked what I wanted and where. She then stepped away and I got ready. Massage began approximately, 6:50PM. She finished her massage at 7:35PM. Not quite what I was looking forward to.
- Rating 2.0The Vadnis Heights location is not very friendly. There was very limited communication from walking in the door to post massage. The therapist did not even introduce herself.
- Rating 4.0I have excellent massages with Rachel, but in general the cost of membership/memberships is too high.
- Rating 5.0Everyone at ME Vadnais Heights are very friendly and helpful. Even though I don't go on a regular basis, the front desk people address me by name and are very welcoming. Tong finds every knot in my shoulders and back. Thank you!
- Rating 5.0My therapist takes time to really work on the main problem spots. Gives ideas on what to do and how to calm those trouble spots after getting a massage and in between my massages.
- Rating 5.0Very good massage! Therapist gave good pressure and coverage. Took interest in what I had requested as well.
- Rating 2.5I understand when booking that the prices listed are the "introductory" price but I did not expect to pay almost $141.00 for a 60 minute massage. The non-introductory prices should also be listed (unless I missed that somewhere).
