- Rating 4.0I kept getting updates for openings on my phone from multiple Massage Envy locations. I called twice to minimize this this to just my regular masseuse. I was told yes we c an do this and it was taken care of both times I called in. However, this was not the case. So I opted out to stop the constant text messages. I wish to opt back in so I can get just the reminder of my scheduled massage. The front desk folks did not even know your phone number nor could they figure out a simple phone prompt. So I am left with zero communication again.
- Rating 1.0I booked my appointment for Sunday night (today) and received a phone call yesterday that my appointment was yesterday. I told her I booked the appointment for Sunday and the lady said I did not. I did not receive any email or text confirmations for the appointment booking, nor did I receive any email or text reminders for the appointment. I was informed that I will be charged fully for the "missed" appointment and if I wanted to keep my appointment for Sunday I would need to book another appointment and pay for another full session. I will be disputing this charge via my credit card company. If the business would like to contact me before I do this to resolve, I am willing to discuss.
