- Rating 5.0Customer service was excellent. All the stuff from arrival, to waiting in the waiting room, to the outstanding massage. It was wonderful.
- Rating 4.5Courteous staff and a very experienced massage therapist in Carly. Carly was very knowledgable and very responsive to the needs I identified. She focused well on my problem areas. At the same time she incorporated a caring touch that is very relaxing.

- Rating 2.0When we first started going to Massage envy we loved it. Over time they changed quite a few front desk staff, and the feeling changed for us. My husbands phone number ended up on my profile and vice versa. I get his notifications but it don’t get any at all. I’ve missed one appointment because of this, and the office did not care that this happened. We canceled our membership
