- Rating 3.5I have noticed the last few times that my facial time is getting shorter . When I schedule they say “60 min facial “ I was in the facial room from exactly 3:45 to 4:30 . The actual facial started at about 3:55 . That’s a 40 min facial .
- Rating 3.5Not having my last 2 appointments cancelled.
- Rating 1.0The massage itself was horrible. The masseuse barely used any lotion it was dry hand to dry skin contact during most of the session. Asked for focus on specific areas and left with more discomfort than I can in with. I was told the pressure would be medium and was barely given even soft pressure. The massage for 80 out of the 90 minutes consisted of me being patted on pressure points and no actual massage therapy. Very unhappy with the most recent prenatal massage visit would mot recommend this masseuse at all.

While I was getting my facial there was lots of chatter and loud laughing in the hallway. It took away from my relaxing experience.
