- Rating 5.0Anthony did a super great job, it made me feel very peaceful and relaxing. He is very professional and I had an excellent massage.
- Rating 1.0When my appointment ended, there was no one at the front desk to check me out. After 5 minutes of standing in the waiting room alone, my therapist came out to go home for the evening. When she found me there with no receptionist she went out back to find the receptionist. The building was empty. All she found was the faucet running in the bathroom. The receptionist was no where to be found and the other therapist who should have been there was also missing. Without our knowledge we were the only two people in the building with an unlocked front door at 8pm. We thought something could have happened to the receptionist. It was a very scary experience. The receptionist and other therapist showed up at 8:10. There is clearly a lack of management at this location
- Rating 1.0My last visit was the worst! I arrived early and the doors are suppose to be open at 8am, nobody was there.... Then I met the massage therapist who were waiting to get in. The Appointment was cancelled. I have a stressful job and hard enough to schedule dates as it is and this experience gives me more stress!
