- Rating 2.5My appointment was cancelled twice in 24 hours, and while you charge me if I have to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, I got nothing when you cancelled me twice with less than 24 hours notice. The attendant at the service desk was not very sympathetic, and not very helpful. this is not the first time I have had issues with services being cancelled with no other options available.
