- Rating 4.0massage room was too cold. Everything else was great.

- Rating 1.0Not enough staff. Getting an appt for a massage is impossible. Same w stretch session which I prefer. My observation is low staff numbers and you wear them to the bone !
- Rating 2.5You have great therapists but booking them can be tricky...imagine you find the person you are comfortable with and this person isn't available for THREE MONTHS not one, three! What??? That's why I'm going to look for a therapist locally with their own practice that I know I can go back to on a monthly basis.
- Rating 3.5It has been a good experience but I sense some issues trying to stabilize the workforce. That's a top down issue generally. I really hope that can work out because the therapists and facility is wonderful.
- Rating 2.5Although I have been a member for 4 yrs., the comany is not run very well. The location was closed in Mashpee without notification when I showed up for my regular appt. There have been many managers since i started and masseuses that have quite so when you think you like a specific one, they're gone. This show poor management of this company but I am willing to "stick it out" until I find a better alternative.
