Overall had a great massage experience. My massage was initially scheduled for 10:30am with Lidia and when I checked in Lidia called the front desk person (who doesn't normally work at the Norwell location but works at the Quincy location) and told her that she had the day off. But the system didn't show she had the day off, so she was fully booked with appointments during the day. Thankfully I was fairly open in terms of my schedule, so the woman at the front desk was able to get me into a massage at 3:30pm instead. I booked this massage in the first place because it was my birthday, so I would have been disappointed if I wasn't able to get a massage but the woman helped me out and even set me up with a complimentary aromatherapy addition for the inconvenience of having to reschedule. That being said, when I did go in for my massage I had a great experience. I can't remember the name of my masseurs but he was great. I prefer a firm massage and he definitely provided me with that. He was very attentive to the pressure and if I needed him to adjust at all he happily did. I don't normally get massaged on a regular basis, but I would consider it and would love to go back to him.
