- Rating 1.0I booked my massage online knowing that I had 14.5 massages to use. The massage was great; however, when I checked out, the front desk told me I had to pay $120 for the massage. I was never notified ahead of time that I couldn't use any of my saved up massages at other locations. I explicitly told the front desk associate to use my card to tip the masseuse and and that she did NOT have my permission to charge the card and to work with corporate or Saugus to transfer the massage. She charged my card regardless, essentially stealing $120 from me.
