  Ashley is AMAZING! She is kind, and remembers all the detail we talk about in our sessions. I look forward to seeing her and catching up. I do not rate it a ten because I do not like the fact that if I need to cancel my membership due to financial reasons, I would then have to re sign up for 6 months. If there were 3 month packages I would do it more often.

  Takes time to find a good match for needs. Once you find them, they seem to leave. Then you have to start over with somebody new.

  I really love Massage Envy in Saugus. The staff are friendly and professional. I absolutely love getting massages and facials there. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.

  I always have a great massage experience here. My only complaint and the reason I canceled my membership is the cancelations. I constantly would have my appointment canceled for one reason or another and it was always difficult to schedule another appointment with my changing schedule

  Your massage therapists are all excellent, particularly Justyne at the Saugus location. But I don’t feel the owner of this location puts much effort into the facility. It seems like he just collects the money and doesn’t care. The front desk team has no personality and the effort they used to give customers when they came in no longer exists. Also, the music that is played during massages is completely inappropriate. It should be meditation type music or nature type music. It’s weird piano, flute, and all different types of instruments and it’s all over the place. This music is not appropriate for massages. When I’ve complained the therapist say that a lot of customers complain, but nothing is ever done about it.

  There aren't that many good massage therapists there. And the price has gone up to much.The membership login need to be better. Doesn't give the member information about number of sessions collected or credit amount. Not transparent.

  I’ve been going to massage envy Saugus for a few years now and have never had a negative experience! The staff is always friendly and welcoming and my facialista Ashley always goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is welcoming and comfortable.
