  When i came in the front desk was busy, so I told Jasmine that I was here, Joanne Palmer,and going in to wait. I saw several people in the waiting area called before me and time was moving. Then saw a therapist at the front desk and thought maybe it was Ruby, so went back out and sure enough, she was waiting for me to come!!! I hoped I didn't get her behind! Jasmine the assoc. manager recommended Ruby to me at my last appt. knowing that I missed my last massage therapist, Nikki, who had left. She knew I was interested in moderate to deep massage, yet when I got in to see Ruby she told me she only did light massage. i was dissapointed but Ruby was nice and did ok....not as deep as Id prefer.

  Ruby was kind , provided an excellent massage working on all the areas requested and the atmosphere was calming and relaxing . My favorite was warm moist cloth for back and feet .

  I recently went back to massage envy after 5 years. I had been going somewhere else but I thought it was getting pricey. Little did I know that massage envy has all of their facial options as one session. So I can get a facial or a chemical peel or dermaplaning. They are not all together as one session as I was doing when I used to go there and what I was doing at another place. So it’s not a better deal at all. I also went back to the same person I had before and a week after I signed back up she was no longer there. So I’m pretty disappointed. I also went for a chemical peel yesterday and they only had one kind in stock. The one that is not the best one. Not strong enough for someone who has been getting these for many years. They didn’t tell me when I made the appointment. They said the stronger ones had been out of stock for a few months. I don’t want a super weak chemical peel at this point.
