It is very unfortunate and frankly entirely disappointing that I have been "a member" with ME for roughly 12 years with virtually ZERO incentives for my company loyalty. Not only does my monthly fee continue to increase (without notification), but there is an absolute lack of "member" rewards currently present... Not even a birthday gift (every membership-based company offers at least that)!! The majority of companies will decrease a monthly or annual fee for their services after multiple years of any loyalty, especially when they PROMISE a indefinite locked-in reoccurring fee of this kind (on top of numerous offered perks or discounts)!!! I have a therapist who is beyond amazing, which is literally the only reason I continue to endure paying your company's ridiculous monthly rate. If they were ever to decide to leave ME, there is no doubt I would immediately cancel my membership. I have been treated very rudely and even hateful on several occasions by ME front desk staff for no reason whatsoever! While the front staff at my current location has, for the most part, usually been friendly, I believe any client mistreatment should never be tolerated under any circumstances! This should especially be true within a company that is not only offering none essential services in a troubled economy, but definitely because you are a business that "guarantees" a calm and relaxing experience with each and every visit. Obviously, your company IS NOT following through on its supposed policies! All of this should concern you... it promotes a non-reputable image and completely false sense of trust to your customers.
