After my appointment, no staff at front desk area. I thought I had a credit with my membership and has given gratuity in person so went ahead and left. Apparently I didn't have a credit and again the receptionist didn't have any real answers since she didn't have access to anything. This was on a Thursday and said manager not back until Monday. Had to pay for an additional massage rather than being able to use the membership. Left extremely frustrated. Again.
