- Rating 4.5My service provider is amazing. The problem with Massage Envy, however, is that it's hard to find a really good service provider, and it took me a while to find Brandon after Ryan left; Massage Envy is only as good as the service providers.
- Rating 2.5You have to find a good therapist, which can be challenging to do within Massage Envy. My therapist Oliver is excellent and I would recommend him to anyone. Also, I'm grandfathered in at a lower rate than someone would pay today.
- Rating 4.0They only negative is some things need updating. For example, the cover on my therapist’s stool was completely worn off.
- Rating 1.0Messed up my first appointment, my second appointment was 20 mins late, masseur wasn’t good, didn’t use oil and hurt me. In terrible pain today another soreness
- Rating 5.0Was great everone nice
- Rating 5.0is good for those who would like regular massages especially since it is discounted
- Rating 3.5I would like to get a massage. However, the room is too cold
