- Rating 1.0I sent an email about the problem I had with this appointment on Friday and I haven't heard back from anyone. They changed the appointment time without contacting me and then tried to gas-light me about it. And now you send a survey?! Are you kidding me?! I want someone from ME corporate to contact me and address this issue with me personally.
- Rating 3.0It’s been harder to make appointments lately. Also my facial last week was really short. She finished in like 35 minutes. Disappointing!

- Rating 3.5The massage therapist used gloves during massage which I found to be very impersonal. The noise of it crinkling and the smell of them was not relaxing. Also, I was never asked if I had any allergy to it. I believe the gloves caused the therapist to use way more oil than needed. Overall, not my favorite experience.
