- Rating 2.0To be honest the stretching did not feel good at all. I had no idea what to expect and nobody warned me it would be painful .
- Rating 1.0Due to traveling issues the night prior with canceled flights I was unable to make it to town in time for my 9am appointment. With the office not opening until 9am and my appointment at the same time I was unable to call ahead to cancel my appointment. I received a call from the office right at 9:11am and after I apologized and explained my situation to the representative she seemed to not have any concerns and proceeded to tell me that my account would still be debited for the massages and that was that. I told her I had no way of contacting the company before 9am and she stated, we come in at 845am so you could have called. But how am I supposed to know that someone would answer the phone before the regular office times? As a result I was charged for a service that I did not receive and while I understand there is a policy in place to avoid situations such as this, I do feel that a better approach could have been taken in resolution with this situation. I have been a massage envy member for over 10 years and have never been met with such rudeness and sarcasm. I would like a return call from a manager. Thank you in advance

- Rating 2.5I wish the masseuse actually gave me a firm massage like I had asked for.
