- Rating 3.5Communication between the provider and myself…there was a language barrier which is not the worst part. I was never asked how I wanted the massage. I was looking for something deep to relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders (and body) but instead I received more of a relaxing, rubbing kind of massage that did nothing for me. In my profile it should be the types of massages I’ve requested in the past (always firm! For the same reason above). I still tipped 20% which is $25 to a service I pay $65 a month for as a member. None of my 6+ experiences have been as good as my first one which is why I signed up for a 12 month contract
