My experience with Marais was very impressive like always. I been going to that location for 3 years now and she is the only one who can do my facials. Another note. I been having few misunderstandings with the front desk customer service. About a two months or so I had scheduled for a pealing, I called to reschedule the time due to work, when I called the lady that spoke with changed my time and never told that I was going to be with somebody else, keep in mind, in my profile it says that I only want to be seen by Marais. When I got there a young short hair black African American approached and ask me if was ready , I was very confused because I thought it was with Marais. After few minutes of thinking I went ahead and got the pealing with the young lady. As I’m coming out I found out that the pealing wasn’t cover, I got very upset cause I felt it was something I’ve should’ve known but since I know how the front desk is went ahead and paid. Didn’t want to argue. I left very upset and was thinking of canceling my membership but i didn’t. The job that the young lady did was bad, I only pealed around my nose. Second issues. I scheduled an microdermabrasion with Maries, I called to rescheduled dude to work, when I called that lady I talked to offered another statistician which I replied no, put me for whenever Marais is open. I don’t like be ask to see somebody since on my profile it says that I only want to get seen by Marais. I’m a Veteran that travels a lot due to work and every time I call the front desk I have call once or twice to make sure the appointment is for the day I scheduled, Even before I went in yesterday I had to ask if I was cover so It doesn’t l happened that i going in thinking i was cover when I wasn’t. Overall the place is clean and a very good place to relax. I love I think if the phone calls were recorded It will eliminate sone of the issues. Thank you for time. Ruddy A Martinez.
