- Rating 3.5There was someone working in the room right off the lobby with the door open and they were SO LOUD that I had to put on my ear buds to tune them out.
- Rating 5.0Doreen has been my massage therapist since 2010 and she is always what I love most about my experience at Massage Envy. She is the most gifted, talented massage therapist I have ever had. I heart her!!!

- Rating 1.0Availability of appointments has become a major problem. How can I use all the massages I've built up through my membership if there are no appointments available? Also, from my experience over the past year, I have to say that the skill of the therapists at Massage Envy has declined considerably. I looked up the base pay for the massage therapists at Massage Envy and found that they are often hired for $20/hour or less. Why isn't the majority of what I pay going to the talent?? No wonder all the good therapists don't stay around. What exactly is my $75/month membership going to if not the talent?? Add that to what every other member pays per month. There is NO WAY the cost of operating one store costs anywhere near that much. Someone is making a profit, but it's not the therapists. Then there's the in-your-face "recommended" tipping chart posted at the front desk. Those tip amounts are really high, in my opinion! The patrons are expected to subsidize the income of the underpaid therapists after they have already "paid" for their massage, and that is ridiculous. Charge patrons what a competent massage therapist should earn plus the necessary overhead cost, then call it good. Massage envy has sadly degraded over time into more of a scam than a service.
