  When you find the right therapist/aesthetician, and you find a well-managed clinic, the experience can be very pleasurable. Unfortunately, I suffered at a clinic where it was poorly managed, the employees were not happy there, and ultimately the clinic ended up closing. So far, I've been to this Highlands Ranch Town Center clinic a few times and you can tell it is much more organized.

  Getting an appt for massages is very frustrating. Booking availability is extremely hard to find and schedules aren’t opened only 30 days in advance so difficult to get a regularly scheduled appt. I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 years and this problem has gotten worse each year. I have so many credits from my membership that I can’t use because of unavailability. I’m having to use them for orher services just to get them used up so I can cancel my membership. My husband had to surrender his membership and give up his many credits because he couldn’t ever get an appt.

  This was the worst massage I have ever had by one of you therapist. Ryan was very nice and polite. But when asked for a little pressure he didn't. I understand his description is light , but a cat walking on my back would have been more effective. Unfortunately this massage was not part of my monthly credits so I paid for it, and felt it was a waste of money. It is very difficult to get a massage booked via your website, but I needed a pain that needed worked out. It was not. This experience has me considering canceling my membership and going elsewhere.   This is the worst massage I have had in 40 years. Ryan said he did light to medium pressure, but he only rubbed lotion w/ his fingertips. I asked him 10x to increase his pressure, and he wouldn't. I asked for work for L sciatica, and he only rubbed below my knees. I had to ask him to work on my glutes, and he didn't do the back of my thigh. His hands were shakey. He had no pattern of work on my back that I'm used to. He kept saying that he could see my muscles releasing, and I said I felt nothing. I truly almost stopped the massage, because I felt like he is a con man and I can't tell if he actually has a massage license. He was very nice and draped well, but I feel like he needs some coaching and counseling to listen to his client and not just do his own agenda. I was so disappointed that I paid for this.

  I was informed after the service that the cost increased to 2 credits. While I understood this, other clinics within 15 miles do not cost this much and it now seems ludicrous to charge this much if other clinics aren’t.

  Great massage today, but it is extremely difficult to get appointments. The next appointment I can make is two months out and I have a monthly subscription…how do I use them up!?!
