- Rating 1.0The membership price has gotten outrageous. . It's nearly impossible to book an appointment so the thousands of dollars of unused credit keeps piling up and up so you're STUCK!! You charged us all through Covid. No way to suspend membership to keep more credit from accumulating. I kn ow you'd like us to quit and just let you keep all of our unused money.

- Rating 4.0some of the people at the front desk need more training: policy about number of appointments one can make (I was told by one young man that I could only have one/month), need to speak up and face the member answering questions.

- Rating 4.0Massage was great. Some issues with billing policy. When leaving I asked to leave a 20% tip for the tech. I was actually charged $29.00 for tip for a $75.00 massage. I called and was told that $29.00 is standard policy for anyone who does not specify a dollar amount, just asks for a percentage. I was told I would be refunded $14.00. I wasn't. My husband was in the next day and made the same request and we still have not been refunded. I don't understand this policy and think it is very misleading.
