- Rating 1.5I have been emailing with Tori to get my membership (member for 15+ years) transferred since Castle Rock closed. 3 emails but no response whether we’d have a resolution. She said she’d talk to her District Manager. All I need is an answer either way. I have nothings but 10s to give every time I go. This time they charged me 135.00. I don’t think that’s the member price. Loved Blaise and love the work of all the therapists!! Super friendly receptionist, if I need to look for a different company to make a monthly appointment with just let me know that it is, what it is. I’d prefer to be Massage Envy loyal for life. But need to be a member to receive the membership benefits. Thank you Michael 303-565-0138.
