- Rating 1.0i have a membership that requires i pay for a massage every month but I can't book a massage even within two months so obviously I have to pay for two massages to hopefully get one in. I have over 50 massages owed to me and that is after you stole 50 massages from my first time signing up. So I'll never catch up. so I've lost over $5000.
- Rating 2.0Difficulty scheduling appointments. Require 60 day lead time
- Rating 4.5Staff is great as well as my therapist. What I don't like is, I am required to make an appointment 60 day or more in advance. This is absolutely despicable for one simple reason - I haven't a clue I what I will be doing on the given day I make my appointment. Meeting I can't miss, I might be called out of town or called by a doctors office for a particular meeting. If I have to change for any reason it is impossible to change to another date in that particular month.

- Rating 1.0There are not many quality therapists at massage envy. The therapists that are quality are always booked and impossible to get in with. I have had several bat experiences.
