- Rating 1.0This experience was AWFUL!!!!! I recently let my membership go due to the fact that it’s super hard to get appointments post Covid, locations close very early, and overall my feeling is that the franchises are going downhilll. I was told I had until 10/15 to use my three remaining sessions. Lo and behold, the date was 9/15. The front desk attendant wanted to charge me $150, she was not friendly and kept telling me she’d be in trouble if she didn’t secure my payment, but yet she had no manger at the location to help. She gave me a card to email with some generic address and it wasn’t until I explained that I was not about to pay did she attempt to resolve the issue. All in all, the experience was terrible, customer service was terrible, the massage was terrible and I’ll gladly let the two sessions I’ve already paid for go because I wouldn’t want to step foot in that franchise again. My membership spans over a decade for sure and had been wonderful for years, but it feels like ME is headed downhill and fast.
