  I loved my experience here! The employees were incredibly friendly and laid back. There were no high pressure sales but they were very informative. They were helpful, easy to talk to and made it a great experience.

  I love the facials I get and give them a 10. I have been a member for almost a year and have yet to get a message. Not sure if you are low staffed but it’s been impossible to get an appointment

  The assistant manager Gabby was extremely rude and lacked any care for a customer. Walked in 12 minutes late to my appointment and there was no one in the front office. I called from the front office and no one answered. I waited and no one came around so I went looking for someone. I found the assistant manager Gabrielle and she said she canceled my appointment and charged my credit card. Since she said I was a no call no show. Well I called and I showed up. And they refused to complete my appointment. I still had over an hour left. To top it off she would not take the charge from my 8 membership credits. I have 8 credits (hours) because it is impossible to get an appointment with a massage therapist. I attached the bill she charged me. If you notice she charged me after 11 minutes from a 90 minute appointment. They should have at least waited the 90 minutes to charge me.

  As a long time member, I have a lot of prepaid credits and it can be challenging to find openings for a massage. My massage was scheduled to start at 1:30 and she didn’t start until 145 And finished at 2:30 “on time” so I was shorted by at least 10 minutes

  I made the appt 18 hours before online. I needed a dermabrasion with all the addons because I was having a medical procedure the next day and couldn’t do anything to my face for 2 weeks after. I am working a highly public multi-day event. Apparently I wrote down 1pm instead of 11:30. The asst manager wouldn’t let me come in for any other opening that week and charged my card $210. I wasn’t allowed to use my membership credits. Other establishments might charge $75 and they definitely would have allowed me to use some other open time slot. The manager was not customer friendly and downright obnoxious. :(. I’m cancelling my 12 year membership.
