- Rating 5.0I’ve been getting massages regularly for over 20 years. I know it’s not easy to find the right therapist, depending on what you’re looking for. m/f, pressures etc. When I moved to Orange County, I had to find someone new. I visited two different massage envy locations before finding Jazmin. I see her at least once a month to help manage back pain. She customizes my massage and pressures based on how I’m feeling at each visit. I often float away to sleep lol. Highly recommend!

- Rating 2.5My therapist initially did not see that I had requested hot stones, so she didn't have it ready. She later determined that she had missed it when looking at her schedule. After the session, she apologized. To make up for it, she only charged me for 60 minutes instead of the full 90 minutes I had with her. The therapist acknowledging her mistake and then making it right was very professional. I truly appreciated her generous gesture! As a result, I WILL be coming back to this therapist again!
