- Rating 3.5Promos are misleading. Front desk staff is (too) friendly and don't have authorization to make simple decisions. Office hours not always covered with a manager available.

- Rating 1.0I really loved the front desk staff, my therapist was the worst I've experienced. I was nervous he was going to injury my spine and neck.

- Rating 4.5Calvin was excellent. Took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for and it was obvious he knew the musculoskeletal system.
