- Rating 3.5Minoo was WONDERFUL and a 10 experience.! She was so friendly and really took the time to educate me on what she was doing to my skin and what my follow up steps were. However the service desk workers were not the best. Not very friendly, when I asked to join the membership she didn’t explain the benefits until after she had processed my card and after knowing the befits I ended up switching from monthly to every 6 months but she couldn’t do it and I have to hope the manager is able to adjust it. Also my correct discount was not applied after asking multiple times if it was and her saying yes. I was also not asked if I wanted to rebook which seems odd especially when signing up for a membership.
