- Rating 1.0I will not recommend a stretch session to anyone. It was not good at all. It was a waste of my time. My therapist was 13 minutes late for a 30 minute appointment. She seemed to have an attitude from the very beginning and it was uncomfortable to interact with her. She spent only 20 minutes and part of that time was watching me do child’s pose and cobra pose so there was no work on her part. It was supposed to be a total body stretch but she said “what would you like me to stretch since there’s not much time?”. I had a coupon for a free session but there is no way I would ever have paid for that or will ever pay for a stretch session again. I do have a therapist that I like to see for massages. And another for facials. But the stretch appointments are a joke! Never again.
