- Rating 3.0Initial Appointment cancel and I was not notified. I drove to the location to be told I had no appointment. This was an inconvenience to me since I’m 30 mins away from this location.

- Rating 3.0I enjoy that there are multiple locations, but the quality of therapist needs improvement. I've noticed over the last year that therapists are not thorough and inconsistent in their full body service. Too much attention on the back (even when I request this not to happen). Last few therapist do not massage shoulders, neck, head. No focus on thighs, hands, feet. And pressure seems to decrease a if the therapist is just "poking," instead of massaging.

Caudia is great but so busy I can't get her scheduled the day and time I want!! The spa is nicer than I had expected. The walls are a bit thin and I could hear the people in room 2 next to us. (we were in room #1).
