- Rating 2.5The parking situation that requires downloading an app and also providing a credit card to said app permanently is AWFUL. Additionally, a separate app for tip to service provider that hid the fee is REALLY AWFUL.
- Rating 4.0This location and my massage therapist are awesome! I tried another provider at this location who was not that good. Also, I used to belong to another location and the massages were a mix of good and really bad (one therapist was dripping with sweat that landed on me and another wi the hands like sandpaper so it felt like a body exfoliation. So to tell people that their experience will vary by location and massage therapist.

- Rating 2.0In general the service is well worth it. Sometimes the experience is not so great and there isn’t always consistency. The facility I have been going to is not the best looking. The ceiling tiles in some room are stained from water leaks. Some tiles are missing from the ceiling and an unsightly drooping piece of plastic is in place. It is also unsightly to see service providers post their request for tips inside the treatment room. Personally I don’t want to scan anyone’s Venmo or Cash app to tip them. This does not give a luxury experience. Not to mention I have the opportunity to tip at the front desk.

I received a facial from Silva she was nice and pretty much explained the process, however within an hour of my facial being over my cheeks and the corner of my lips were burned which resulted in blisters on my lips which were painful and made it difficult to open my mouth fully.
