- Rating 3.0I’ve had my membership since 2010 and never was I told I had enough points for a free enhancement to my services. I was told this for the first time 3 months ago. My most recent massage was horrible. I had booked my appointment a few weeks in advance. I was called the day before my appointment that my provider was no longer available and if I’d be willing to move my services to another day with a different provider. I was accommodating. I was told my provider did all pressure. When asked I told my provider I wanted medium pressure. Her pressure was the hardest I’ve ever felt. So much so I had bruises on several areas of my body the next day. She was also pushing so hard that 15 mins after my services concluded I notice I lost one of my diamond earrings. So I can the spa and told them. I then drove back there in hopes of being able to look for the missing jewelry. The provider didn’t bother helping me search and told me several times I was wrong and she would have noticed a missing earring.

I live and work by gle Dale now.. moon valley after I started there, rarely had any massage therapist .. the were often booked out later in the month, or a wait list I could never get in to match my hours in the afternoon.
