- Rating 3.5For the most part the experiences have been good. However it is very difficult to get appointments. My daughter and I like to go together and we like to have facials and massages. Appointments have to be made far in advance to get both and also have it fit into her work schedule. It is also very aggravating to not be informed to not be informed before an appointment that your therapist is not available and there is no other therapist available at your appointment time. However we are very pleased with the therapy and facials that we have received and everyone is very polite.
