She explained everything she was using and asked me thoughtful questions about my skin and products I use. Her customer service was excellent and I felt very comfortable with my first experience.

I use my membership for massage therapy, my preference is for full body firm pressure with deep tissue in upper back and other problem areas. I’ve been seeing Margaret (Moon Valley Phoenix AZ location) almost exclusively for several years. Her treatment approach is a perfect fit. I think she knows my body better than I do. She can sense tight areas and applies the pressure needed to treat these areas. She checks in to see how the session is going, she is very friendly and is a good communicator without being overly chatty. Simply a terrific therapist whose skills match my preferred treatment needs.
- Rating 5.0The room the massage was in had a slight musty sour odor that hit me as soon as I walked in. The chair-ottoman needs to be replaced. Looked like it was shedding and didn't really want to place my belongings on it. However Ruth my masseuse was EXCELLENT!!!
- Rating 5.0Customer service was amazing from the minute you call to make an appointment to the minute you walk in. Great customer service. Yelena was exceptional. Yelena has magic hands. This was my first time getting a massage and I will most definitely be going back.
