    I asked how many massages I had left and was told I had one more left. I scheduled the appointment for that next week. I had scheduled a complimentary add-on of hot stones. When I arrived I was scheduled for cupping instead. I went with it and just did the cupping as a new experience and understood mistakes happen. The add-on service was removed and offered to provide the hot stones with the next visit, but since this was complimentary, I did not expect another service and agreed to just keep things as is. After I completed the scheduled massage, I was told I still owed $120 for the massage as I had no massages left. I asked to speak to the manager, the person at the desk was not kind or understanding, she did not smile, nor was she friendly. I felt treated as if I had lied. I never would have scheduled the massage if I did not have an extra one already paid for as I have no income at this time. The manager was no available until after Wednesday, this occurred on the previous Friday. On top of this, I was told I had to pay for the massage anyway. On top of this, any time I would visit, I would be told my card was not on file, other staff would say it was, but was in a different location. I have had good experience up until these last couple months.

    Katie, the esthetician was very attentive listening to my questions and answering them thoroughly. She took her time with me and I appreciated feeling like she cared about me as a customer.
