- Rating 4.0I asked how many massages I had left and was told I had one more left. I scheduled the appointment for that next week. I had scheduled a complimentary add-on of hot stones. When I arrived I was scheduled for cupping instead. I went with it and just did the cupping as a new experience and understood mistakes happen. The add-on service was removed and offered to provide the hot stones with the next visit, but since this was complimentary, I did not expect another service and agreed to just keep things as is. After I completed the scheduled massage, I was told I still owed $120 for the massage as I had no massages left. I asked to speak to the manager, the person at the desk was not kind or understanding, she did not smile, nor was she friendly. I felt treated as if I had lied. I never would have scheduled the massage if I did not have an extra one already paid for as I have no income at this time. The manager was no available until after Wednesday, this occurred on the previous Friday. On top of this, I was told I had to pay for the massage anyway. On top of this, any time I would visit, I would be told my card was not on file, other staff would say it was, but was in a different location. I have had good experience up until these last couple months.
