- Rating 5.0I was very pleased with my first experience at massage envy. The ladies at the front entrance were very friendly and helpful. They offered me something to drink and showed me into a wonderfully furnished waiting/reception area. it wasn’t long before I met John, who was my masseuse for the afternoon. I was a little nervous and hesitant with this being my first time there, but he was wonderful about making me feeling at ease and answering any questions that I had. he was a very skilled and excellent masseuse, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great experience especially first timers like me! Thank you for a great experience, and I will definitely be back!

- Rating 3.5Until yesterday I would have rated it a 10/10. When I mentioned freezing my automatic withdraw yesterday they told me that if I chose to put a freeze on my account that I would not be able to use the 6 credits that I have currently. That is $450 in services that I have paid for but that have not yet been rendered. They told me my other option would be to pay for the Freeze+ which would cost me an additional $10 per credit or month to use the already paid for credits. Had i known that I would have not agreed to do the monthly withdraw from my account. The employees were very nice about it but that is definitely not something they discuss with you at the time of the agreement.
- Rating 1.0I booked an online chemical peel online being stated as a 60minute session. But when I got it done it turns out it’s only a 20 minute session. The online promotions are all misleading. From timing to pricing.
