  The services at Massage Envy are great. I feel the membership is not worth it in my opinion you are locked in for a year you can’t share your credits how you want for example with family members only every 6 months for an additional $10. I just feel for $75 a month it’s my money I should get to share it how I want.

  Zoey for my facial sevice is wonderful! Massage Envy is a wonderful business for Morgantown to have. They provide wonderful comfort services for those in need.

  Every time I have been to this location, all the staff were inviting and made sure I had a great experience. I've seen at least 3-4 different therapists over the course of going there and each and every one of them have been excellent. They always make sure to cover the problem areas and establish what the goal of the treatment is for that session. They clarify problem areas as well as double checking along the way to make sure the pressure level of treatment is appropriate for the patient's tolerance. Front desk staff are always welcoming, professional and work hard to meet the needs of clients in scheduling appointments and getting any additional services added to the treatment. I had treated myself to a massage there prior to COVID and had a great experience. As a result, I had hoped to go more frequently. My work/life balance got in the way until I chose to work on that aspect of my well-being. I scheduled another appointment and upon checking out, I was introduced to being a member and automatically having the cost of 1 hour sessions automatically billed to me. I opted in instantly and haven't looked back. The location is flexible with me and often calls me when they see I have several sessions "banked" due to not visiting as often as I want to or should. I appreciate this gentle nudge and check in as it helps to remind me to take care of myself in this very physically therapeutic way. I have a number of orthopedic issues that mean I have several problem spots that are challenging to say the least. Every therapist has always been both sensitive to not cause harm to me but to simultaneously provide optimum therapy to address these challenging areas. I have always come away feeling better and well relaxed after every session.

  Why fill out problem areas is therapist just skips over the . Worked more on my upper back and shoulders than the area I wanted

  Loved absolutely everything ❤️ The greeting/ registration desk staff was very nice, professional, the place is clean, inviting, with super relaxing atmosphere.
