- Rating 5.0Everyone here is professional and polite. Paul, at the front desk is helpful with check in and rescheduling. Rick is very accommodating with massages- asking about my comfort with temperature, pressure and areas to massage.
- Rating 3.5This is my second visit to this ME, and to this aesthetician. The room is quiet and calming music is playing, the physical quarters are spotless. However, the first time I was there, the lighting was great, she used some lamp close to my face that wasn't glaring or intrusive. This time, however, the overhead light was right in my eyes! I asked her to turn it off and she apologized, indicating it was the sole light for her to work by, since the bulb was out on the small lamp. She said she had asked for it to be replaced sometime ago but that it had not yet been done. I felt that she was under stating her frustration with the situation. Jasmine is the best. I've had facials all the way from The Greenbrier to Switzerland and she is top notch. She explains procedures carefully but in an interesting manner, not tedious or boring or rote. She clearly has a passion for her work and answers questions (even when I didn't explain very well what I was asking) clearly and concisely. The results I achieved were beyond my expectations.
