- Rating 5.0Massage envy/ pavilion staff is amazing the front desk gals are very friendly and welcoming, my massage therapist Jim was very professional and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this place
- Rating 3.5Able to schedule with provider of my choice - Brittney is WONDERFUL, but very booked out. Also, rates are getting too expensive for massages and membership. I used to feel my membership was a great deal, and massages beyond the 1 free monthly session was at a fair & reasonable price. Now the massages beyond the 1 free monthly session are still above market price in our region. My massage w/ "Mindy" (??) on 4/17 was disappointing - I was told her pressure range was 'medium', though what I received was more like a lotion rub down instead of a massage.
- Rating 3.5The store could definitely benefit from a remodel. The location is is dark and dingy. There are holes on the waiting room walls and decor and furniture is early 2000's. The Massage Envy lighted signs on the outside are BOTH broken. At least make the place reflect the price point and "SPA".
