When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that it's 5 minute prep, 50 minutes of actual massage, and 5 minutes to allow you to get ready afterwards. 3) I requested full body; she did not do: thighs, hips, glutes, tops of feet, pectorals. If I didn't have so many prepaid massages, I would not be coming here again. Wish I could get a refund.
