- Rating 1.0The receptionist rejected a $40 promo that came with my $150 gift card I came to use. So that $40 has been rendered useless despite the gale my mom purchased the gift card from told her specifically that it could be used anywhere. When I went to pay $80 for an hour massage, I was asked if I’d tip. I agreed and said she could add $5. The receptionist told me I couldn’t tip with the gift card and I had to out of pocket the tip on a “tippy” app. Fine. I go to pay for that with my credit card and it charged a fee for using the app! I didn’t ask to use the app! I was told I had to! Then I was asked to rebook and informed “just so you know it’ll be $160 next time for the hour massage. This one was $80 because it was your first.” So you’re telling me, to get the same service, WITH A $70 GIFT CARD, I’ll have to pay $90 out of pocket for an hour massage I had paid $80 for previously?? What a scammy business plan. You rope people in with the $80 first massage and then it’s either A) join our membership or B) pay double for the exact same service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here.

- Rating 2.5Levi was very nice and professional. But, he was clearly sick. Coughing and trying not to cough. At one point, he excused himself from the room. It made it hard for me to relax. I paid $130 (with tip) and left feeling anxious.
