- Rating 5.0As always it was great. Nathan has been helping me get better. It really has been night and day since seeing him.

- Rating 3.5The computer system is always down and you can’t book at the service desk. And the app doesn’t always work correctly or it’s very laggy. And it’s annoying if you sign up at one massage envy and use another one, you’re still side up with that one and can’t change it unless you go into that store.
- Rating 5.0My massage therapist. Robert, is great with listening to what is ailing me and designing my massage accordingly. I always feel better after a massage, and the effects last. Everything about the experience is lovely. The rooms are comfortable, and it is a truly peaceful experience. The front desk associates make it very easy to check in, schedule appointments, et cetera.

- Rating 3.5Paid for 60min massage but only wound up being like a 35 min massage. Started massage at about 11:10 ended at 11:45. I didn’t even realize it till got up from table after she left and saw wasn’t an hour. So wasn’t able to ask her. Didn’t mention it being a shorter session. Also didn’t quite focus on the areas I had marked to focus on or deep enough.

- Rating 1.0Being on my face for well over an hour is very much a no go ! I could not breath and he offered no reprieve from that probably because he was on his phone also I asked a muscle question which he gave a terrible answer to I have already made a complaint via email not sure what happened with that and if your wondering how I could know he was on his phone well I am a massage therapist have been for over 10 years and I know when go from one finger massage to two back to one finger.also he must have for got my leg is not ankle to knee . I could go on but I won't unless you ask ... Makes me wonder about the rest of your providers??
