    The experience with the Massage Envy team is easy, straight to the point and a wonderful experience overall. The therapists are extremely skilled and professional and give a massage service that leaves me feeling blissful and ready to take on day to day challenges with better mobility, flexibility and reduced stress.

    I feel like I was ambushed to sign a new agreement 10 minutes before my appointment. This should be a emailed text or a printed copy mailed for members to review before signing. I Will Not sign until I get a copy to review so they cancelled my appointment. Also Massage envy is the only account I have that doesnt offer either monthly statements or online access to my account balance and uses.

    No one told me everything was going to hurt, immediately after it was over i felt off and then got sick a few hours later. My back is in way more pain than I started with. When i asked for a full body she only did my back, then when i said i don't like deep tissue massages but not super soft either so maybe medium, it felt like she rubbed as hard as she could. Never coming back lol. I've been having a fever off and on through the night/day, feeling like i can't breathe and have the flu.
