- Rating 1.0I arrived at 10 for my appointment. There was a 10 min intake form, then there was multiple customers arriving which delayed my visit to the room. After you are done in the front room you go into another room to reset the clock. Now almost 19 min had elapsed. Then meet with the massage therapist, get undressed and the massage begins. It is now 10:38. I received about 15 min of a sub par stretching. There was no actual massage. Then time to get dressed, pay, and I was out the door by 10:57. This is not $100 massage and I will not visit again based on this experience.

- Rating 5.0Lacy, front staff, was again so kind and helpful, both by phone and in-person. It’s this custom service and professionalism that enhances an already very very good experience. So nice to hear and see a friendly familiar staff.
- Rating 3.5I would have given a 10, however when just coming out of a massage no one should be talked to about a monthly plan.
- Rating 5.0My experience was perfect from the second I walked in the door. Clean front desk and friendly employees. Very thorough explanation of procedure, informative and reassuring if I had any questions. Chanden was amazing. Listened to my requests and made sure I as comfortable the entire time. Even showed me stretches for home.
- Rating 5.0I love the convenience of appointments. I have my favorite and book her up as far as i can to be sure i can get my massage with her.

- Rating 4.0Mostly great therapists. Feel a little pressure to become a member again where we visit, however in the past we’re had difficulties often when trying to book/appointments getting cancelled so we often feel behind in our monthly sessions.
