  Great facial. My Esthetician was great - we thoroughly discussed my skin concerns and gave some good recommendations. The only thing was that there was a bit of confusion/lack of clarity about the payment/gratuity. It was resolved but I think it could have been more clear from the beginning.

  The massage therapist used techniques that I’ve never experienced. He had me do some exercises during the session, then recommended an exercise to do at home, to continue working on some muscles in my leg. I greatly appreciated that!

  Dear Massage Envy Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out as a long-standing member to express concerns regarding the declining quality of my experiences with Massage Envy. When my family and I first became members at the Bonney Lake location, the service was exceptional. We were able to schedule two-hour massages regularly and at convenient times, which we greatly appreciated. However, over the years, our experience has unfortunately deteriorated significantly. Here are some of the key issues we’ve encountered: Service Limitations: The reduction in maximum massage time from two hours to 90 minutes was disappointing. Location Transition: Following the closure of the Bonney Lake location, we were directed to the South Hill Puyallup location, which added logistical challenges. Appointment Accessibility: Scheduling appointments has become increasingly difficult, prompting us to visit other locations. Unfortunately, the Federal Way location began requiring additional fees for us to utilize their services. Appointment Cancellations and Errors: At the South Hill Puyallup location, appointments are frequently canceled, and we have occasionally arrived only to be told there is no record of our booking. These ongoing issues have made it difficult to justify continuing our membership. While the concept and theory behind Massage Envy are sound, the execution has fallen short. We would like to understand what steps Massage Envy is taking to address these challenges and improve the member experience. Your response will play a significant role in determining whether we choose to continue our membership. We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon.   I had been having a headache for days and by the time I left after seeing my massage therapist my headache was gone and I felt a whole lot better.

  I've been a member since 2015 and have enjoyed my many sessions. However, I've decided to cancel my membership and have run into the main complaint from other previous members: corporate makes it ridiculously tedious to cancel. Because of that, I'll never recommend this business to anyone.
