  Booked in a different city due to a last-minute need with headache pain from neck. The individual I selected said they Are able to do firm pressure which normally means they have the ability to work out knots. During the massage, there was a constant banging coming from the other side of the wall, to the point that the headache I went for became worse, listening to it I finally asked and was told it was the restaurant. It sounded like somebody was hammering the wall between us the entire massage except the last seven minutes I explained the reason for the visit was headaches caused by knots in my neck near the base of my school and my upper shoulders. 4 Did not know how to work on any of the knots, 44 minutes into my massage, he had still not touched my neck. My shoulders were still completely rounded forward at which point I asked him if we could please work on the neck and upper shoulders, which should lay flat after a massage. He tried, but was not able to accomplish anything. Most of his techniques used his entire forearm or elbow with no individual muscle work. Had it not been for the constant banging it would have been more of a relaxation massage, but the noise completely ruined my purpose for visiting. When checking out I asked the associate also about the constant banging, and she seemed non-sympathetic and mentioned it was the restaurant next-door. I tipped the masseuse because he tried his hardest, but it was one of the worst massages I have received and one of the worst experiences in my 15+ years as a member

  Their attitude is one of caring. When I walk in the first thing that greets me is "hello Mrs. Niles, how are you today." They process me quickly, and I have a lovely waiting area with cushioned chairs to sit while I wait for my Massage Therapist. I rarely wait more than a couple of minutes.

  I was a first time customer tonight and will NEVER be a returning customer!!! I had a great massage with Isaac he was friendly and did a great job. The problem however came after my massage when I am all relaxed and comfortable and not thinking properly. I was told my massage was already charged to my card for the “introduction” price of $135.00 and I added on $12.00 for aromatherapy and when I originally walked in, she had talked me into getting a foot scrub for an extra $15 that when I got back into the room and talking over with my massage, therapist decided I wanted to focus more on my treatment of my tension in my back, then waste the time with a foot scrub so I removed that service. After my massage totaling $147.00. I was asked if I wanted to add a tip and I said yes. The girl at the front counter told me I would need to re-swipe my card as they used a different system for gratuity. That should’ve been red flag number one when she turned the system around to me called Tippy it showed that 20% gratuity would’ve been $45. I questioned it in my head I even said out loud to her I could’ve swore 20% gratuity for $147 should have been $30.00 and she said you can type anything you want in there you don’t have to use the preloaded buttons but being in a relaxed state after just having a massage (which is not an excuse and I should have went with my gut that’s on me) I didn’t think twice about it and hit 20% as I felt the massage therapist was worth 20% and they also don’t tell you before you add a tip that their tippy machine charges a fee I ended up paying $46.76 for a gratuity. When I got to my car, I started to think about what I had just done and the gratuity that I was just charged versus what I was told I would be paying and realized it didn’t add up. I went back in and requested an itemized receipt for everything that I just paid. The three girls behind the counter, fumbled for a few minutes to try to figure out how to get an itemized receipt and the one girl that I was originally working with said she had to call the franchise manager to find out how to print a receipt for tippy. She went into the office to call the manager and shut the door while I waited in the lobby. When she came back out, she said the franchise owner would be contacting me to figure out how to get me a receipt but what happened Was that when they use the tippy machine, which is some sort of Venmo that goes straight to the provider supposedly they have a button that they hit that charges the nonmember price which is why my 20% gratuity was $45. Apparently their nonmember price for a massage for 90 minutes is $225, I told her flat out then and there that that is something that they needed to disclose to customers before a person leaves a gratuity. She apologized and said it’s just the way we do things and we can’t change the tippy machine that’s why we tell you that you can make your tip whatever you want. I understand explaining to me that I can change my tip to make it whatever I want, but I should have had it just been disclosed to me that the tip machine was running off of their nonmember price before I leave a tip! To someone who is coming to this company for the first time this seems like a scam behavior and I will not be returning. If you don’t have the common decency to tell a customer that your tip machine is charging at a nonmember price, it makes me wonder how many of their members are being overcharged on their gratuity because they’re too relaxed or bad at math in some cases to realize that they’re hitting a button, and if the tip honestly goes to your therapist or they keep it for the girls up front of the franchise manager. In the end I ended up paying $15 for extra service that I decided to change my mind on. Lesson learned and a customer lost.

  the facility was nice and calming and quiet, the massage I received was ineffective and disappointing.
