- Rating 3.5Seems like the billing process is not very well managed or presented to the customer. I contacted the company today and I still do not have a good feeling about the charges.
- Rating 2.5My massage was really uncomfortable. I've never had a mostly one handed massage. It felt uncomfortable.

- Rating 1.0This location needs more female massage therapists who can do medium to firm massage. The male massage therapist are always available (so clearly not being utilized) and there are no female therapists available for the majority of women who only want a female therapist.
- Rating 3.5Not always easy to get an appointment. This particular day there was construction going on in the building. Loud drills and saws definitely prohibit any relaxation.
- Rating 5.0Nice location and all of the employees seem to be very professional and friendly.

- Rating 5.0Perfect! Jenna listens, understands, cares, recommends, believes, finds, and releases all the issues my body is holding and hiding. I feel like a human again because of the work that Jenna has done.
