- Rating 1.0In the past few months, I have had several appts canceled, some as close to 1/2 hour from the time I was supposed to there. Also, every time I went, I was told different amounts of credits then I actually had which resulted in me having to pay at my last visit. Also, would be great if you were open on the weekends. I canceled my subscription. Very unhappy. Would rather pay more for a better spa. As far as the front desk service, it depended on who was working.

- Rating 1.0The Message itself was great. We are long time members who have exchanged hours to non-members many times. Apparently the policy has changed from being able to donate 1 hour per month to once every 6 months. The receptionist couldn’t be bothered to explain when the change in policy changed, nor did she offer to be helpful or understanding. Then when I tried to use a gift card she said we don’t take those gift cards anymore. Your own gift cards… with ME logo on them. Strange. After a call with the manager she did end up taking the card. No explanation. No apology. Literally just a shrug. This is not the first issue we have had with our membership, including being double charged for 6 months. Poor customer service and unprofessionalism at the counter, including being more interested in a coloring book than the customer is ridiculous. Can’t recommend.
