- Rating 1.0I was brought to my room at 6pm for my 60 minute massage. I told the masseuse I wanted focus on my shoulders, upper back, neck and feet. He responded with “Ok so full body then”. I corrected him and stated the areas again. He asked what level of pressure, I said firm to deep, I like a lot of pressure. I changed and the massage began. He completely ignored what I told him. He did a full body and it was a light almost soft pressure for the duration. That duration was far less than 60 minutes. He said “Times up, have a good rest of your night”, then I didn’t see him again. By the time I got dressed and got in the lobby it was 6:45pm. That means I was massaged for 35-40 minutes AT MOST. The massage was so inadequate that I basically just got oil wiped on my body. It felt like this guy applied for the job and nobody checked if he actually knows how to massage and he’s just riding it out until he gets caught. When I asked the receptionist if it was normal to be massaged for 35-40 minutes and still pay for a 60 minute massage, she assured me it was normal and would vary based on the therapist. I re-phrases the question several different ways in case she wasn’t understanding me because this seems absurd but she affirmed that was the case. So yeah, I would not recommend this office and will be sure to tell anybody that asks how you receive a very poor massage for 2/3 of your time and pay for the full time.

- Rating 4.0I can usually get the specialist or alternates i prefer for the schedule I need.
