- Rating 2.5I am very displeased with the corporate policy as far as the membership fine print. The cashier at the front desk made all of these promises that it was really easy to cancel the membership at any time, but when I read through the fine print of the membership form it stated you could not cancel your membership unless you moved more than a certain mile away from any massage envy location or had a doctors note saying you couldn’t have a massage which is completely unreasonable. I’ve also seen bad reviews for this location stating it was difficult to cancel the membership. If massage envy would make it easier to cancel the membership and eliminate the fine print in the membership application, I would happily join. I have decided to become a member at hand and Stone massage instead because they offer a month to month membership with no hassle cancellation. As far as this location in general, the front desk employees were very friendly and the amenities in the waiting area were wonderful. The massages I had weren’t great but I feel like if I went back and provided more feedback they could improve. My biggest complaint with this location in particular is that the massage rooms are very very cold and that makes it difficult to relax the muscles and enjoy the massage.
