- Rating 4.0I had a facial with Stephanie. I do not want to squelch her enthusiasm, she wants to do a great job and is professional and very friendly so my comments I hope with be addressed with kindness. First, she talks too much. It is not necessary to explain each product before it is being put on. I also think she needs some instruction on how to massage. I am wondering if she performed facials on other employees or management for feedback? Anyone who is used to having facials will understand my comments.

- Rating 1.0I paid for an hour plus the foot treatment. My appointment was at 3:30. We got started on time and by 4:23 I was out at the front desk paying to leave. The massage was nice, but not satisfactory.

We (my daughter and me) had a very warm welcome by the front desk receptionist who got me all checked in and forms completed in a very thorough and engaged way. She then offered for my daughter to wait in the Serenity room and showed her the accommodations (hot chocolate peaked her interest). My massage therapist, Leah, was very focused on my needs for that session and did a wonderful job!! My shoulders and back need a lot of work but it was a great start!! I feel a lot better and cannot wait to be back! When I went back up front to pay, the young lady (now I'm upset I didn't get her name!) went over their membership and was very knowledgeable and thorough once again. They happened to have a membership promo going on which was PERFECT! SOLD! WE cannot wait until next month!!
