  Massage Envy is a good place to go to have a mental and physical recharge. In most cases the therapists make this very easy. In some cases, the business end such as cancellations and use of membership point without client authorization can make the service less relaxing or useful. The scheduler needs to add all enhancements when booking instead of saying speak to your provider about your enhancements. The enhancements should be in the system as we as therapists lap pad to determine the need of the enhancements. Most locations know what enhancements the client usually receives by looking into client history. The scheduler also needs to be there to assist the client and when done should not say I was supposed to clock out 1 hour ago. That scheduler out themselves in the position to assist the client in the best way possible. Also handing cancellations needs to be handled better.

  I wish the rooms were a tad warmer or if the beds could be warmer or maybe thicker blankets. The bed warmer was turned on. But I was still a bit chilly.
